Refined Soyabean Oil
Partially Degummed Soyabean oil means the oil obtained by expression or by solvent extraction from clean and sound Soyabean (Soja max) from which the major portion of the gums naturally present have been removed by hydration and mechanical or physical separation. Refined Soyabean oil means oil refined as per the definition given under FSSAI, 2.2.1(16) & 2.2.1(14) from the above partially Degummed Soyabean oil. It shall be clear, free from rancidity, suspended or other foreign matter, separated water, added colouring or flavoring substances or mineral oil. It shall conform to the following standards
